摘要 灵长类动物是维持全球生物多样性和生态系统结构功能的重要角色,由于气候变化和人类干扰引起的栖息地退化和食物短缺,导致60%以上的灵长类动物面临灭绝的风险。食性分析是动物生态学研究的主要内容,有助于揭示野生动物的食物组成、觅食策略、栖息地选择偏好和评估物种生存状况及生态系统功能等,对于濒危野生动物的保护管理具有重要意义。比较分析了野生动物常规的食性研究方法及其优缺点,综述了DNA宏条形码技术的原理及其在食性分析中的条形码选择、条形码数据库构建和条形码分析等方法,以及该技术在灵长类动物的食物组成、觅食策略、种间关系和保护管理等方面的应用,总结了DNA宏条形码技术存在的问题及其在灵长类保护管理等领域中的应用前景。 Primates play important roles in maintaining global biodiversity,ecosystem structure and function.Due to habitat degradation and food shortage caused by global climate change and human activities,more than 60%of primate species are facing the risk of extinction.Diet analysis is the one of the important contents of animal ecology research,which helps to reveal the food composition,foraging strategy,habitat selection preference of wild animals and evaluate the survival status of species and ecosystem function,etc.It is of great significance for the conservation and management of endangered wild animals.This paper comparatively analyzed the conventional diet research methods and their advantages and disadvantages.It also reviewed the principle of DNA metabarcoding technology in diet analysis,including the methods of barcodes selection,building barcodes database,barcodes data analysis.In this paper,we reviewed the application of this technology in the primates'diet composition,foraging strategy,interspecific relationship,conservation and management.The problems of DNA metabarcoding and its application prospects in primate conservation and management were summarized.
