摘要
社会经济快速发展的同时离不开丰富的矿产资源。目前我国社会经济发展迅速,但同时也出现了很多矿山地质环境问题。虽然现在党和政府已经制定了“绿色矿山”的地质环境治理目标,但是在矿产资源开发的时候所造成的地质环境问题依然接连不断,而且破坏力极高。要想解决这些矿山地质环境问题,需要一个长时间过程,同时需要投入大量人力、物力、财力来达到生态修复。面对这些问题需要顺应时代发展的趋势,以“五位一体”、“四个全面”战略作为基础,有目标性的进行矿山地质环境治理。
The rapid development of social economy is inseparable from the rich mineral resources.At present,China's social and economic development is rapid,but at the same time,there are also many mine geological environment problems.Although the party and the government have formulated the goal of"green mine"geological environment governance,the geological environment problems caused by the development of mineral resources are still continuous and extremely destructive.It takes a long time to solve these mine geological environment problems,and a lot of human,material and financial resources need to be invested to achieve ecological restoration.In the face of these problems,it is necessary to comply with the trend of the development of the times and take the"five in one"and"four comprehensive"strategies as the basis to carry out targeted mine geological environment management.
