摘要
传统试验平台在漏磁检测过程中振动较大,且磁块裸露在环境中,得到的漏磁数据误差较大,不能准确反映磁块的真实情况,还存在设备体积大、重量大等问题。文章设计了一种带有减振装置的旋转式漏磁探测仪试验平台,通过变频电机带动转动臂旋转,使得安装在转动臂前端的探头与磁块摩擦,试验数据准确可靠,并详细介绍了旋转式探测仪试验平台的结构特征及工作原理,给出了其性能特点和技术参数。
The traditional test platform vibrates greatly in the process of magnetic flux leakage testing,and the magnetic block is exposed in the environment,so the magnetic flux leakage data error is big,and can not accurately reflect the real situation of the magnetic block,the large volume and the heavy weight of the equipment,etc.In this paper,a rotating magnetic flux leakage detector test platform with a vibration absorber is designed.The test data is accurate and reliable,which is based on the rotation of the rotating arm driven by the frequency conversion motor and the friction between the probe and the magnetic block installed at the front end of the rotating arm,the structure characteristics and working principle of the rotating detector test platform are introduced in detail,and its performance characteristics and technical parameters are given.
