摘要
液压支架是综采工作面的关键设备,是确保回采安全和高效的前提。针对ZY2800/16/33型液压支架在某矿现场使用后暴露出的作业空间小、护顶和护帮效果差以及立柱的应用效果差等问题进行研究,结合矿山现场实际,制定了有针对性的改进措施,即增大作业空间、改进立柱支护方式以及增强护顶护帮效果。经支护强度和阻力验算,结果表明,它不仅满足支护要求,而且提高了安全性和工效,创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Hydraulic support is the key equipment of fully mechanized working face and the premise to ensure the safety and efficiency of mining.After ZY2800/16/33 hydraulic support was used in a mine site,problems such as small working space,poor effect of roof protection and side protection,and poor application effect of column were studied.Combined with the actual situation of the mine site,targeted improvement measures were formulated,namely,increasing the working space,improving the support mode of column,and enhancing the effect of roof protection and side protection.After checking the support strength and resistance,the results show that not only the support requirements are met,but also the safety and work efficiency are improved,and good economic and social benefits are created.
