液液萃取-高效液相色谱法测定奶茶中六种合成色素含量 被引量:5

Determination of six synthetic pigments in milk tea by liquid-liquid extraction and high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 为了检测奶茶产品中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红,日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝六种常见人工合成色素含量,针对目前采用聚酰胺吸附法操作复杂、回收率偏低的缺点,本文建立液液萃取-高效液相色谱法检测奶茶中六种色素检测方法。样品先经过5%二正丁铵正丁醇溶液液液萃取后,离心分离、稀释后上机检测,高效液相色谱仪采用C18色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇、0.01moL/L乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,外标法定量。试验结果表明:六种常见人工合成色素在质量浓度范围0.5~50mg/L内线性良好,加标回收率在86.85%~97.09%之间,RSD为2.86%~4.88%,检出限0.10~0.13mg/kg。该方法具有操作简单、检测成本低、结果准确、精密度高的优点,适合应用于大批量奶茶中六种常见人工合成色素含量测定与监督抽检。 The polyamide adsorption method is used to determine six common synthetic pigments including lemon yellow,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,temptation red and bright blue in milk tea products. The method is complicated and with low recovery rate. A liquid-liquid extraction HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography)was established to improve the detecting process. The samples were extracted with 5% di-n-butylammonium-n-butanol solution,centrifuged,diluted and tested. C18 column,gradient eluted with methanol and 0.01mol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase was used in HPLC,and the tests were quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the six common synthetic pigments had good linearity in the mass concentration range of 0.5 ~ 50mg/L. The recovery rate was 86.85% ~ 97.09%,RSD was 2.86% ~ 4.88%,and the detection limit was 0.10 ~ 0.13mg/kg. The method has the advantages of simple operation,low detection cost,accurate results and high precision. It is suitable for determination and monitoring of six common synthetic pigments in large amount of milk tea samples.
