导师制下地方高校本科生科研创新能力培养机制 被引量:7

摘要 本科生科研创新能力的提高已成为高等教育改革的热点议题。导师制作为培养创新型人才的重要模式已被大多数高校所采用。提升本科生的科研创新能力对于提高学生的自主学习能力、动手实践能力都有重要意义。我国高校在提升本科生科研创新能力方面还存在较多问题。为解决这些问题,文章提出了导师制下地方高校本科生科研创新能力培养机制,旨在从科研导师制、多元化互动机制、项目依托与竞赛引导以及科研共生平台等四个方面促进导师制下学生科研创新能力的提升。 It has become a hot issue in the reform of higher education to enhance undergraduates′ scientific research innovation ability. As an important mode of cultivating innovative talents, the tutorial system has been adopted by most universities. It is of great significance to enhance the scientific research and innovation ability of undergraduates in terms of autonomous learning ability and practical ability. However, there are still many problems in improving undergraduates′ scientific research innovation ability in China. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward a cultivation mechanism of scientific research innovation ability of local undergraduates under the tutorial system. The purpose is to promote students′ scientific research innovation ability under the tutorial system from four aspects, namely the scientific research tutorial system, the diversified interactive mechanism, the project support and competition guidance, and the scientific research co-existence platform.
