摘要 以2006年投产的某水电厂为例,对水轮机调速器主要任务建立了简化控制模型,经电厂两个典型功率调节异常事件进行了诊断分析表明,水轮机调速系统使用经典PID控制,其控制模型可简化为工况转换模型、正常调节模型;依控制模型建立水轮机调速系统的故障诊断过程更加准确、快速;监控系统需要优化调速器控制的报警记录,系统关键性报警完整性有助于更快捷的发现异常现象。 A simplified control model is established for the main tasks of the hydro-turbine governor in a hydropower plant. Two typical abnormal power regulation events in the plant are analyzed. The results show that the speed governing system of the hydro-turbine unit adopts the classical PID control, and its control model can be simplified into the working condition conversion model and the normal regulation model. The fault diagnosis process of the governing system based on control models can be more accurate and faster. The monitoring system should optimize the alarm records of the governor control, as the integrity of the critical alarms of the system can be helpful to find abnormal phenomena more quickly.
