摘要
健康体适能各个要素水平的提升能够直接提高个体的健康水平,大学生作为青年人群的主力军,其健康状况是学习、生活与工作的保障。健美操作为一项娱乐性的新兴体育项目,具有时尚、活力、阳光的特点,深受广大女大学生的喜爱,同时抗阻练习又能提升人体的肌肉力量和肌肉耐力,所以在健美操课程中融入抗阻练习能够帮助学生缓解压力,塑造体形,增强体质,激发运动兴趣,培养终身体育意识,是一项愉悦身心的健身项目,还能改善大学生的心血管功能,改善肥胖问题,塑造优美体态。因此,该研究以文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法研究抗阻练习与健美操课程融合对女大学生健康体适能的影响,对于促进大学生健康体适能水平的提升具有重大意义,以期为大学生养成健康的生活方式和良好的体育素养提供基础的理论支持。
The improvement of the level of various elements of health and physical fitness can directly improve the individual health level.As the main force of young people,college students’health status is the guarantee of study,life and work.Aerobics is an newly emerging recreational sports event,which is deeply loved by the majority of female college students.It enters the university campus with the characteristics of fashion,vitality and sunshine.At the same time,resistance exercise can effectively improve the muscle strength and muscle endurance of the human body.Therefore,integrating resistance exercise into aerobics class can effectively help students relieve pressure,shape their body and enhance their physique,stimulating interest in sports and cultivating lifelong sports awareness is not only a physical and mental fitness project,but also can effectively improve college students’cardiovascular function,improve obesity and shape a beautiful body.Therefore,this study uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to study the impact of the integration of resistance exercise and aerobics courses on the health fitness of female college students,which is of great significance to promote the improvement of college students’health fitness level,in order to provide basic theoretical support for college students to develop a healthy lifestyle and good sports literacy.
