摘要
太极拳是我国传统文化的瑰宝,是我国优秀的传统体育项目,在高校的普及越来越广泛,成为高校体育必修课程之一,它对促进大学生的身心健康有着积极的意义。该文采用文献法、个案研究法,对江西医学高等专科学校太极拳课程开展情况进行研究,从教师队伍、课程设置、教学评价、场地器材保障等方面进行分析,从统一课程、公开表演、成立协会、创群建号等方面进行探讨,以期寻找提高高校太极拳课程教学的有效路径。
Taijiquan is a treasure of Chinese traditional culture and an excellent traditional sports event.It is more and more popular in colleges and universities and has become one of the compulsory courses of physical education in colleges and universities,which has positive significance to promote the physical and mental health of college students.In this paper,using literature method,the case study method,makes an in-depth study on the development of Taijiquan course in Jiangxi Medical College,comprehensively analyzes the teaching team,curriculum setting,teaching evaluation,site equipment guarantee and other aspects,and probes into the unification of courses,public performances,establishment of associations,and establishment of groups,with a view to finding an effective way to improve the teaching of Taijiquan course in colleges and universities.
