“两性一度”背景下体育心理学课程教学改革

摘要 《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》指出,要提高人才培养质量,课程质量是关键,课程是人才培养的核心要素。要想提高课堂教学质量,就要选择适合的教学方法,服务于课程在专业人才培养中的性质与定位。该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,总结出“两性一度”背景下体育心理学课程改革原则,课程设计步骤,并以动作技能学习为例,围绕复习知识点、学习新知识点、总结回顾本章节知识点,以及根据重难点内容设置课后拓展作业或者布置下一节新知识的预习问题4个方面,依托慕课堂教学工具,说明问题导向教学法在体育心理学课程中的应用。 Implementation Opinions on the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Courses points out that to improve the quality of talent training,curriculum quality is the key and curriculum is the core element of talent training.In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching,we should choose appropriate teaching methods,so as to serve the nature and orientation of the curriculum in the cultivation of professional talents.Through literature analysis and logic analysis,this paper summarizes the reform principles and curriculum design steps of sports psychology under the background of"high level,innovation and challenge",and takes action skill learning as an example,focusing on reviewing knowledge points,learning new knowledge points,summarizing and reviewing the knowledge points of this chapter,setting after class expansion homework or arranging the preview of the next new knowledge according to the key and difficult contents.Based on the MOOC classroom teaching tools,the application of problem-based teaching method in sports psychology course is explained in detail.
