摘要
本文以新疆奎屯市为例,结合奎屯市声环境功能区划分的实际工作情况,对城市声环境功能区划分的原则、主要工作内容、划分方法、方案等进行了阐述。在对奎屯市区域声环境进行普查监测的基础上,结合总体规划、相关技术规范、城市用地现状、声环境污染现状及实地调查等,确定了声环境功能区划分结果并总结出几点声环境功能区划分工作建议,为奎屯市声环境的管理、综合治理及环保执法提供科学依据。
Taking Kuitun city of Xinjiang as an example,this paper expounds the principle,main work content,division method and scheme of the division of urban acoustic environment function district in combination with the actual work of the division of acoustic environment function district in Kuitun city.In acoustic environment of Kuitun city area on the basis of the census monitoring,combining with the relevant specification,overall planning,urban land use present situation,the sound environment pollution situation and field investigation,to determine the acoustic environmental function division results and sums up some suggestions for sound environmental function division.The suggestion provide a scientific basis for comprehensive control and environmental protection law enforcement for Kuitun city sound environment management.
