摘要
基于福建安溪县352份茶农的调研数据,采用SEM模型探究了农村社区中茶农感知公平、关系质量对绿色生产行为的协同作用机制。结果表明:感知公平在现有中国农村社区情境下并不能直接显著影响茶农的绿色生产行为;社区关系质量对茶农绿色生产行为具有显著正向影响;茶农社区关系质量在感知公平对茶农绿色生产行为的影响中起完全中介作用,且程序公平更多地通过社区承诺影响茶农绿色生产行为,互动公平则更多地通过社区信任对其绿色生产行为产生积极影响。
Based on the survey data of 352 tea farmers in Anxi County,Fujian Province,the SEM model was used to explore the synergistic mechanism among perceived justice,relationship quality and green production behavior of tea farmers in rural communities.The results showed that perceived fairness did not directly and significantly affect tea farmers’green production behavior of the current rural community context in China.The quality of community relationship had a significant positive impact on tea farmers’green production behavior.The quality of tea farmers’community relationship played a full mediating role between the perceived justice and tea farmers’green production behavior,and procedural justice had a positive impact on tea farmers'green production behavior through community commitment,while interactive justice had a positive impact on tea farmers’green production behavior through community trust.
