摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,水电站在建设过程中不同时期上线了不同的数字化子系统,但是这些子系统相对独立,数据无法融通,如何高效整合并利用子系统间的数据,成为制约智能水电站运维高质量发展的瓶颈。本文以仙居抽水蓄能电站为依托,通过物联网接口技术及TCP/IP、UDP协议,整合运维期子系统数据,搭建运检应用服务中心。同时将三维数字化技术与故障诊断分析相结合,使整合数据的综合分析结果实时反映在三维模型上,智能定位故障部位并分析故障原因,辅助运维人员快速解决问题,提升水电站的运维效率。本文研究成果可为我国水电站的智能化运维建设提供参考借鉴。
With the rapid development of information technology, different digital subsystems have been launched at different times during the construction process of the hydropower stations, but these subsystems are relatively independent, and data cannot be integrated. How to efficiently integrate and utilize data between these subsystems has become a bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of smart hydropower station operation and maintenance. Based on the Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station, this paper integrates the subsystem data during the operation and maintenance period through the IoT interface technology and TCP/IP and UDP protocols, and builds an operation and inspection application service center, then combines three-dimensional digital technology with fault diagnosis and analysis, the comprehensive analysis results of the integrated data are reflected on the 3 D model in real time, intelligently locate the fault location and analyze the cause of the fault, assist the operation and maintenance personnel to solve the problem quickly, and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the hydropower station.
