Exploring the harmonious supervisor-graduate relationship based on the perspective of education management

摘要 导师和研究生作为我国研究生教育工作的两大重要主体,前者是主要施教者,后者是核心受教者,两者在研究生教育过程中形成了双向互动关系,即导学关系。基于教育管理视角,剖析了各类导学关系的本质特征,研究了导师、研究生及教育教学环境对导学关系的作用机理,提出了构建和谐导学关系的策略建议:高校应健全导学关系发展机制,营造和谐校园文化;导师应修好扎实基本功,做好研究生培养的第一责任人;研究生应树立正确世界观、人生观、价值观,做有理想信念的时代新人。 Tutors and graduate students are two important subjects of graduate education in China. The former is the main educator and the latter is the core recipient. The two-way interactive relationship formed in the graduate education process is the supervisor-graduate relationship. Based on the perspective of education management, combined with in-depth research on the essential characteristics and incentives of various tutoring relationships, this paper analyzes the essential characteristics of various guidance relationships, researches the mechanism of the two important subjects and higher education environment on the supervisor-graduate relationships, puts forward strategies and recommendations on exploring the harmonious supervisor-graduate relationship. Universities should improve the development mechanism of guidance relationship and create the harmonious campus culture, tutors should cultivate solid basic skills and be the first responsible person for postgraduate training, graduate student should establish correct world view, outlook on life, view of value, and be new people with ideals and beliefs.
