摘要
白鹤滩水轮机蜗壳制作材料采用800 MPa级高强钢,具有外形尺寸巨大且具备不同厚度焊接接头的结构特点。将超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)检测技术应用于1000 MW级混流式水轮机组的蜗壳纵向焊缝检测中,有利于提高焊缝缺欠检出率,不仅提高了检测效率,改善了工作环境,而且还大幅度的缩短了工期并减少了相关传统无损检测方法的风险等。
The volute of hydraulic turbine of Crane Beach Hydropower Station is made of 800 MPa high-strength steel,which has the structural characteristics of huge overall dimensions and welded joints with different thicknesses.The application of ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction(TOFD)detection technology to the longitudinal welding seam detection of volute of 1000 MW Francis turbine helps to improve the detectable rate of defective welding seam,which not only enhances the detection efficiency,improves the working environment,as well as also greatly shortens the construction period and reduces the risks of relevant traditional nondestructive testing methods.
