摘要
国际体育组织是开展体育外交、参与国际体育治理的重要平台。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,厘清国际体育组织人才的结构、分布及选用标准,对目前我国国际体育组织人才培养所面临的规划导向不明确、制度保障不健全、理论研究不扎实、学科与专业建设不完善、实习渠道不畅通等困境进行分析。在此基础上,提出相应对策:加强人才培养的顶层设计,统筹安排战略规划;完善机制保障,设立专职协调机构;加强专业建设,推进学科发展;创新培养方式,构建协同育人新机制;政府、高校与社会联动,构建多方联合实践培养体系;拓展实习渠道,增加资助力度。
International sports organizations are important platforms for conducting sports diplomacy and participating in international sports governance.Using the method of documentation and logical reasoning, the paper aims to clarify the structure, distribution and selection criteria of talents in international sports organizations.Based on the analysis of the difficulties such as imperfect professional construction and unsmooth internship channels, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures: to strengthen the top-level design of talent training, and make overall arrangements for strategic planning;to improve mechanism guarantees and set up full-time coordination agencies;to strengthen professional construction;to innovate training methods and build a new mechanism for collaborative education;to link the government, universities and society to build a multi-party joint practice training system;to expand internship channels and increase funding and other development strategies.
