摘要
1+X证书制度下的高职法律文秘专业应适应职业岗位需要,遵循教育教学规律与学生职业成长规律,结合高校自身特色优势,注意教学标准与职业技能标准的融通、课程体系与职业技能等级要求的融通、课程标准要素与职业技能目标的融通,秉持系统、融合、科学、发展、实用的原则来构建课程体系,为高素质复合型技术技能人才培养以及人才终身发展奠定坚实的制度基础。
The 1+X certificate system is a powerful measure to deepen the reform of the training mode of compound technical talents,as well as an important institutional innovation to deepen the integration of industry and education in school-enterprise cooperation.Exploring the pilot 1+X certificate system and reshaping the professional curriculum system of higher vocational education are the trends of the reform of higher vocational education to the level of professional curriculum in recent years.The construction of curriculum system works as the key link of professional talent training and the core solution to the problem of the consistency between talent training and industrial demand.Development of 1 + X certificate system of higher vocational legal secretary major should meet the needs of professional post,follow the laws of education teaching and students’ professional growth,combined with special advantage in colleges and universities.We should pay attention to the standards accommodation of teaching and vocational skills standard,accommodation of course system and professional skills and the accommodation of course standard elements and vocational skills,adhering to the principles of system,integration,science,development and feasibility.So that the curriculum system is constructed to lay a solid institutional foundation for the cultivation of high quality talents and their lifelong development.
