摘要
受全球范围的贸易战及新冠疫情的影响,现阶段我国猪养殖业面临饲料原料短缺、饲料成本快速上涨的挑战。对饲料原料营养价值进行评定,合理利用现有的饲料原料资源,不仅可以缓解现阶段饲料原料短缺的问题,还可以研究开发可利用的新饲料原料。准确地评定猪饲料原料营养价值和营养需要量是当前科研人员研究重点。本文主要综述了猪饲料原料营养价值评定、营养价值评定技术方法及影响因素,旨在为此领域的研究提供一定理论参考。
Influenced by the global trade war and COVID-19,pig breeding industry in China is facing the challenges of the shortage of feed raw materials and the rapid rise of feed costs.Nutritional value assessment of feed raw materials to rationally utilize the existing feed raw material resources can not only alleviate the shortage of feed raw materials at the present stage,but also research and develop new feed raw material.Accurate evaluation of the nutritional value and nutrient requirements of pig feed materials is the focus of current research.In this paper,the research progress of the nutritional value assessment of pig feed raw materials,the methods of nutritional value assessment and the influencing factors were reviewed in order to provide some theoretical references for the research in this field.
