摘要
目的 对国内外病人安全文化研究现状、热点及前沿等进行文献计量及可视化分析,为我国病人安全文化的进一步研究提供依据。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science核心合集数据库中2011—2021年相关文献,通过CiteSpace 5.8.R3绘制相关可视化知识图谱,进行关键词共现和聚类、聚类时间线以及突现词的分析。结果 共纳入国内文献447篇,国外文献2 209篇进行分析。美国、英国、澳大利亚为发文量最大的3个国家,国内外发文量最大的机构分别为重庆医科大学附属第一医院9篇和密歇根大学43篇。研究热点是护理人员安全行为及认知、病人安全文化测评量表的构建以及领导在干预中起到的指向性作用。结论 国内病人安全文化相关领域研究尚不完善,与发达国家相比有较大差距,应强化机构间交流合作,深化安全文化理念,拓展研究层次,积极探索创新。
Objective To provide reference and direction for further research and development of patient safety culture in China by literature metrology and visual analysis of the current situation,hot spots and frontiers of patient safety culture research at home and abroad.Methods Relevant literatures from 2011 to 2021 were retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science core collection database.Relevant visual knowledge maps were generated by CiteSpace 5.8.R3,and keywords co-occurrence and clustering,cluster time line and emergent words were analyzed.Results A total of 447 domestic literatures and 2 209 foreign literatures were included for analysis.The United States,The United Kingdom and Australia are the three countries with the largest amounts of publications.The first Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University has 9 publications and the University of Michigan has 43 publications.The research focuses on nursing staff safety behavior and cognition,the construction of patient safety culture evaluation scale and the guiding role of leadership in intervention.Conclusion The related field of patient safety culture is not perfect in China,but the number of articles published has declined gradually in recent years.It is necessary to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between institutions,deepen the concept of safety culture,expand the research level,and actively explore and innovate.
