摘要
平衡轴单元在实际生产中会受到加工误差的影响导致平衡性能下降,进而影响发动机的NVH性能。为了研究尺寸误差对产品平衡性能的影响规律,提出一种产品几何特征与平衡性能指标的误差映射方法,建立考虑关键几何特征尺寸误差的性能偏差映射关系模型;以某批次平衡轴单元产品样件为例,通过三坐标仪尺寸误差检测和平衡机实验,验证映射关系模型的正确性;采用单因素分析法量化比较六个关键几何特征尺寸在不同的误差变动区间内对平衡轴单元性能波动的影响程度及其因素权重。研究结果表明,配重块轮廓外径的尺寸偏差极易导致不平衡量变动过大,使产品的平衡性能发生恶化,应作为重点控制对象。研究结果可为平衡轴单元的加工质量控制及发动机NVH性能优化提供指导。
In actual manufacturing,the balancing shaft unit was usually affected by the machining error,resulting in a decrease in the balancing performance,which in turn affects the NVH of the engine.In order to study the influence of dimensional error on product performance,an error mapping method for geometric features and balancing indicators was proposed,a mapping model considering the dimensional error of key geometric features was established.Taking a batch of balancing shaft units as an example,the mapping model was verified through the actual dimensional error detection and performance experiments.Single factor numerical method was used to quantitatively research the influence of six functional feature deviations on product performance fluctuations.Results show that the dimensional errors of the counterweight’s outer diameter can easily lead to excessive unbalance variation and deteriorate the performance of the product,which should be taken as the key control object.Findings provide guidance for the machining error control of balancing shaft unit and optimization of the NVH in the three-cylinder engine.
