摘要
复杂薄壁花板筒应用在垂直摘锭式采棉机,其主要作用是解决棉花在垂直摘锭式采棉机滚筒内部堆积造成的滚筒堵塞、摘锭卡死等问题。基于摘锭系统的工作原理和圆内摆线原理设计了复杂薄壁花板筒结构模型并制做了试样,在有限元软件中通过抽取中面的方法对其进行网格划分并进行模态分析,提取其前六阶固有频率与相应的振型,同时对复杂薄壁花板筒进行振动实验。对比实验与数值分析结果可知:花板筒变形主要集中在结构的上半部分和中部,不同部位的频率响应曲线验证了模拟的可靠性;实际状态下的频率远远小于实验和模拟的频率,从而有效避免了共振,符合实际的工作要求。以上方法为复杂薄壁花板筒的振动控制提供了合理的结构分析方法和测试技术。
Complex thin-walled flower plate cylinder is applied to the vertical ingot picking cotton picker machine.Its main function is to solve the problems of drum blockage and ingot sticking caused by the accumulation of cotton in the drum of vertical ingot picking machine.Based on the principle of ingot picking system and the principle of circular cycloid,a complex thin-walled flower plate cylinder was designed and tested.Then,in the finite element software,the first six natural frequencies and corresponding modes were extracted by the method of extracting the mid-surface and modal analysis were conducted.At the same time,the vibration test of the complex thin-walled flower plate cylinder was carried out.Comparing the test results with the numerical Analysis results,it can be seen that the deformation of the flower plate cylinder was mainly concentrated in the upper part and the middle part of the structure.The frequency response curves of different parts verified the reliability of the simulation.The frequency in the actual state is much smaller than the frequency of the test and simulation,thus effectively avoiding the resonance and meeting the actual working requirements.The above methods provide a reasonable structural analysis method and testing technology for vibration control of complex thin-walled flower plate cylinder.
