关于CO变换技术优化的一种设计实施方法

摘要 CO变换反应是放热反应,进行反应的温度越低越有利于反应进行。因此,如何降低催化剂的反应温度成为衡量CO变换系统优劣的潜在标准。阐述了解决CO变换工序在正常运行期间产生的变换炉出口的CO气体超标、催化剂反应温度过高、分离器压差过大等诸多问题的原因,对于CO变换工序所遇到的诸多问题,有针对性的展开了分析,制定了多种改进方案,优化了CO变换工艺,解决了其中一部分难题,提高了生产装置的负荷,缩短了CO变换工序触媒升温时间,增加了触媒运行周期,确保了后续装置的稳定运行。 CO shift reaction is an exothermic reaction,and the lower the reaction temperature,the more conductive to the reaction.Therefore,how to reduce the reaction temperature of catalyst becomes a potential standard to measure the advantages and disadvantages of CO shift system.This paper expounds the reasons for solving many problems such as excessive CO gas at the outlet of the shift furnace,too high catalyst reaction temperature,too large pressure difference of the separator,etc.during the normal operation of the CO shift process,analyzes many problems encountered in the CO shift process,makes a variety of improvement schemes,optimizes the CO shift process,solves some of the problems,and increases the load of the production unit.The catalyst temperature rise time in CO conversion process is shortened,the catalyst operation cycle is increased,and the stable operation of subsequent devices is ensured.
