摘要
自动核酸提取仪在新冠疫情防治期间主要用于对新冠病毒的提取,以保证后续扩增试验顺利进行。对核酸提取仪的温度参数进行研究,利用笔者所在单位自主设计研发的用于检测核酸提取仪温度参数的校准装置,对其进行检测及数据分析,真实地反映核酸提取仪实际工作过程中温度的变化情况,有助于提高核酸提取仪的工作性能及单位的计量能力。
The automatic nucleic acid extracter is mainly used for novel coronavirus extraction during the COVID-19 prevention and control period to ensure the smooth follow-up amplification tests.The temperature parameters of nucleic acid extraction instrument are studied,and the calibration device specially designed and developed by our u-nit is used to detect the temperature parameters of nucleic acid extraction instrument.The temperature parameters of the nucleic acid extractor were tested,and the test data were analyzed to reflect the temperature changes in the actu-al working process of the nucleic acid extractor,which is helpful to improve the performance of the nucleic acid ex-tractor and improve my unit measurement ability.
