“刀把”形综采面初采期瓦斯治理技术研究

摘要 青龙煤矿21606工作面为不规则的“刀把”形工作面,初采期间采空区悬顶面积大,瓦斯易积聚,且不规则区域煤体为构造煤,初采过程工作面连续出现瓦斯高值超限。为了防止后续开采过程中再次出现瓦斯超限问题,在原有瓦斯治理技术基础上重新构建瓦斯治理技术体系。即:工作面调面回采,工作面和轨顺切顶卸压,双高位瓦斯抽采,非采帮卸压抽采,采空区埋管和隔离墙封堵抽采,以及现场管理等技术。通过瓦斯综合治理技术体系实施,结果表明:未调整措施前,工作面瓦斯浓度为0.4%~0.6%,日平均推进速度0.8 m。综合技术体系实施后,工作面瓦斯浓度降至0.1%以下,日平均推进速度3.1 m,且随着工作面的推进,未出现瓦斯超限现象,保证了工作面的安全回采。 The 21606 working face of Qinglong Coal Mine is irregular knife handle shaped working face.During initial mining,the overhanging roof area of goaf is large and gas is easy to accumulate.Moreover,the coal body in irregular area is structural coal,and the high gas value exceeds the limit continuously appears on the working face during initial mining.In order to prevent the problem of gas overrun again in the subsequent mining process,the gas control technology system was rebuilt on the basis of the original gas control technology.That is:working face adjustment mining,working face and track cutting top pressure relief,double high gas extraction,non-mining side pressure relief extraction,goaf buried pipe and isolation wall blocking extraction,as well as site management and other technologies.Through the implementation of comprehensive gas control technology system,the results show that:before adjusting measures,the gas concentration of working face is 0.4%~0.6%,and the daily average advancing speed is 0.8 m.After the implementation of the comprehensive technical system,the gas concentration of the working face is reduced to less than 0.1%,and the average daily advance speed is 3.1m.With the advance of the working face,there is no gas overrun phenomenon,which ensures the safe mining of the working face.
