摘要
从风口小套制作过程切入,对风口小套结构展开研究,了解其工作原理。基于风口小套的实际工况,对其损坏的原因进行分析。以韶钢8号高炉实际生产维护实践入手,通过改善小套的焊缝结构,调整煤枪的伸入长度与角度,加强风口巡查制度,形成了风口小套维护技术,降低了生产成本与安全风险。
Starting with the manufacturing process of tuyere sleeve, its structure is studied to understand its working principle. It is analyzed the reasons why tuyere sleeves are damaged, based on its actual working conditions. According to the production maintenance practice of No.8 blast furnace in Shaogang, the welded line structure of tuyere sleeve is improved, the extension length and angle of its coal pipe are adjusted, and its inspection system is strengthened, which form the tuyere sleeve maintenance technology, and lower production cost and reduce safety risk.
