摘要 研究了导电碳纳米管对聚酰亚胺的抗静电效果,采用热压成型方法制备碳纳米管(CNTs)/聚酰亚胺(PI)功能复合材料,研究了碳纳米管添加量对其热导率、电阻率和拉伸强度的影响。试验表明CNTs/PI复合材料在CNTs的添加量为0.48%时,体积电阻率约为10^(9)Ω·cm,满足抗静电材料的一般要求,同时,CNTs体积分数与电学性能的曲线表现为渗流曲线;CNTs/PI复合材料的导热及力学性能也在渗流阈值处得到改善。 The antistatic effect of conductive carbon nanotubes in polyimide was studied.Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/polyimide(PI)functional composites were prepared by hot pressing.The effects of the amount of carbon nanotubes on their thermal conductivity,resistivity and tensile strength were studied.The results show that when the volume fraction of CNTs/PI composite reaches 0.48%,the resistivity is about 10^(9)Ω·cm,which meets the general requirements of antistatic materials.At the same time,the curve between CNTs volume fraction and electrical properties is a seepage curve,and the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the composites are also significantly improved near the seepage threshold.
