摘要
优化加热回流法从文冠果果壳中提取具有抗阿尔茨海默症作用的3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-3′-O-当归酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-16-去氧糖玉蕊醇C(XS-8)的工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面设计对提取时间、料液比、乙醇浓度进行优化。基于实际情况,调整后XS-8最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度72%、料液比14 g/mL、提取时间2.6 h,预测XS-8的含量为410.76μg/g。该方法准确有效,简便易行,可用于XS-8的制备。
To optimize the extraction conditions of 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-3′-O-angeloyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-α-L-rhamnopyranosy(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-16-deoxybarringtoge-nol(XS-8)from the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.The extraction time,the ratio of solid to liquid,and ethanol concentration were optimized by Box-Behnken design-response surface design based on single-factor experiments.Based on the actual situation,the optimal process parameters after adjustment were:ethanol concentration 72%,material-liquid ratio 14 g/mL,and extraction time 2.6 h.The predicted content of XS-8 was 410.76μg/g.The method is accurate,effective and easy to implement,and can be used for the preparation of XS-8.
