基于“多维评价”的医学院校临床类专业《康复医学》课程教学质量探究

摘要 目的:采用多维评价方式,实现医学院校临床类专业《康复医学》课程教学质量评估的探索。方法:以“多维”评价作为《康复医学》教学质量评价的主要方法,为临床类专业《康复医学》教学提供更优质的评价体系。结果:在该课程中通过“多维评价”开展《康复医学》教学质量评估发现,“多维评价”能够从多方面为临床类专业《康复医学》教师提供反馈、意见和建议。结论:开展“多维评价”对临床类专业学生尽可能多的掌握与之专业相关的康复医学知识,树立康复意识大有裨益,为临床类专业学生更好的服务临床提供新的理念、新的思路,使教学对学生将来的临床工作起到促进作用。 Objective: To explore the teaching quality evaluation of "Rehabilitation Medicine" course for clinical majors in medical colleges by adopting "multi-dimensional evaluation ". Method: "Multi-dimensional" evaluation was as the main method to evaluate the teaching quality of "Rehabilitation Medicine" for providing a better evaluation system for the clinical specialty "Rehabilitation Medicine" teaching. Result: The teaching quality evaluation of "Rehabilitation Medicine" was carried out through "multi-dimensional evaluation" in this course, and it was found that "multi-dimensional evaluation" could provide feedback, opinions and suggestions for clinical professional "Rehabilitation Medicine" teachers from various aspects. Conclusion: Carrying out "multi-dimensional evaluation" is of great benefit for clinical students to master the knowledge of rehabilitation medicine related to their majors as much as possible, establish rehabilitation awareness, and provide new concepts and new ideas for clinical students to better serve clinical practice, so that teaching can play an important role in promoting students’ future clinical work.
