知识与技术转化测量指标的制定--德累斯顿技术与经济应用科学大学项目实施经验介绍

On Transfer Indicators in Higher Education:Implementation Experiences of the Transfer Barometer at the HTW Dresden

摘要 伴随着知识和技术转化的重要性日益提升,催生了大量相关研究著作和项目以及学术上和政策方面的讨论。由于知识和技术转化受多种因素的影响和制约,够客观说明和评价高校以及科研机构在这一领域做出贡献的方法并且制定普遍有效的转化评价指标并非易事。基于此,以德累斯顿技术与经济应用科学大学为例介绍了初步研究结果和实施经验。 Knowledge and technology transfer has gained in importance in recent decades to have triggered a variety of publications,research projects and scientific and political discussions.In particular,explanation and evaluation approaches are well researched to objectify the contributions of universities and research institutions in this area.Since knowledge and technology transfer is subject to a wide range of influences and dependencies,it is generally difficult to develop effective transfer indicators.This article deals with three current research projects/initiatives dedicated to this topic.In addition,the first results and implementation experiences are shown with the example of the HTW Dresden.
