大潮差接船工艺的研究与应用

摘要 厦门某泊位改造工程将原有客滚码头改造为专业邮轮码头,并将客滚作业迁移到相邻泊位,故需根据作业条件变化为客滚作业制定新的接船工艺。文中通过对接船高度范围和行车轨迹优化,并对泊位水工结构进行局部改造,构建了新的接船工艺和专用接船升降平台,满足了客滚船舶的大潮差、全天候作业需求。实际运行结果表明,新接船工艺更加合理,并提升了作业效率。 In the renovation project of a berth in Xiamen,the original ro-ro passenger ship dock was transformed into a professional cruise wharf,and the ro-ro operation was moved to an adjacent berth.Therefore,according to the operation conditions,it is necessary to formulate a new ship receiving process for the ro-ro operation.In this paper,by optimizing the height range and track of the docking ship,the hydraulic structure of the berth has been partially reformed,a new shipreceiving technology has been put forward,and a special ship-receiving lifting platform has been built,which can meet the demand of spring range and all-weather operation of ro-ro passenger ships.Operation results show that the new ship-receiving technology is more reasonable and can level up efficiency.
