摘要
目的在新医改背景下,以药学服务转型为切入点,建立具有我院特色的药学人才分类、分层教学培养体系。方法对我院药学人才多类别、多层次教学现状进行全流程梳理与全方位评价,探索集约管理、分散带教的药学人才培养模式。结果形成了由契合目标管理方向、搭建目标管理框架、发掘人员教学能动、提升方法管理水平、优化考核管理流程等模块组成的循环管理模式,我院药学人才教学培养向同质、优质发展。结论搭建人才培养框架有助于疏通药学人才培养的关键节点、要点、盲点,形成科学有效的药学人才培养模式,促进我院药学学科质量持续向好发展。
Objective To establish a classified and hierarchical training and teaching program for pharmaceutical talents in our hospital in the context of new medical reform and transformation of pharmacy service.Methods Through sorting out the training and teaching process and evaluating the current situation for the classified and hierarchical pharmaceutical talents,a program of intensive management and decentralized education was established.Results Effective closed-loop management was achieved through clarifying objectives and framework,driving talent innovation,improving method management and optimizing assessment process,and therefore the program developed towards homogeneity and high quality.Conclusion A well-established framework can help clear the key nodes and blind spots in talent training,and a scientific and effective training program in hospital pharmacy contributes to the continuous quality improvement.
