摘要
为寻找高效与低毒的吡唑肟活性物质,设计、合成了9个未见文献报道的吡唑肟化合物6a~6i,并通过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR及元素分析等方法表证了其目标物的结构。初步生物活性测试数据显示,在500μg/mL浓度下,目标化合物6a~6i对粘虫均有较好的杀灭效果,杀死率均为100%,与对照药啶虫丙醚的杀虫效果相当,值得进一步深入研究。
To find new pyrazole oximes with excellent bioactivities and low toxicity,nine novel pyrazole oxime derivatives were synthesized.The structures of the aimed compounds were characterized through ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and elemental analysis.Preliminary bioassay data displayed that at the concentration of 500 μg/mL,all the title compounds 6 a~6 i showed 100% insecticidal activities against Oriental armyworm,which were comparable to the commercial insecticide Pyridalyl.These compounds may be selected as lead compounds for further study.
