一种ASME喷嘴喉部椭圆段的误差检测方法

摘要 为了检测ASME喷嘴喉部椭圆段的长、短半轴制造精度,本文提出一种基于几何检测法和MATLAB软件相结合的误差检测方法。首先,采用几何检测法对椭圆段数据进行采集并精简;然后对椭圆段建立数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件对其进行最小二乘拟合,最终得到椭圆段长、短半轴的最优值。该方法对类似椭圆段造型零部件几何检测具有一定的推广意义。 In order to test the manufacturing accuracy of long and short half axes of ASME nozzle throat ellipse section, an error detection method based on geometric detection method and MATLAB software is proposed in this paper.Firstly, the ellipse data is collected and simplified by geometric detection method.Then the mathematical model of elliptic section is established and the least square fitting is carried out by MATLAB software.Finally, the optimal values of long and short semi-axes of elliptic section are obtained.The method presented in this paper has a certain popularization significance for geometric detection of similar elliptic parts.
