摘要
崩漏是妇科的常见病及疑难病症,中医多从脏腑冲任角度对其认识、治疗。蔡连香教授从事妇科临床科研五十余载,在临床中创新采用胞宫藏泻理论认识和治疗崩漏疾患,对于崩中,迅速补气摄血止崩,恢复胞宫“藏”之功能;对于漏下,则“藏”时固冲止血,“泻”时祛除瘀血,新血归经,疗效甚佳。本文意在总结蔡老治疗经验,并谨录临床病案以供同道参习。
Metrorrhagia is a common and difficult disease in gynecology,which is recognized and treated by traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of Zang-fu and Chong-ren.Professor Cai Lianxiang has been engaged in the clinical research of gynecology for more than 50 years.In the clinical practice,she innovates to recognize and treat the disease of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with theory of the uterus storage and excretion.In the process of metrorrhagia,she quickly replenishes Qi,adjusts Blood,stops metrorrhagiat to restore the function of“storing”in the uterus.In the process of metrostaxis,she stabilizes Chong and stops bleeding when storage is needed,and removesblood stasis to produce new blood into normal state when excretion is needed.The purpose of this paper is to summarize Cai Lao's experience in treatment,and to record the clinical records for fellow practitioners.
