摘要
目的探讨数字化导板引导的口腔种植修复术对牙列缺损患者种植精准度、牙周健康指数及修复美学效果的影响。方法将84例牙列缺损患者随机分成对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组患者接受常规修复,研究组患者接受数字化导板引导的口腔种植修复。比较两组患者手术前后的菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数,以及术后种植精准度、红白美学评分、并发症发生情况。结果术后,研究组患者的颈部距离偏差、根尖部距离偏差、深度偏差、角度偏差、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、并发症总发生率均小于或低于对照组,而红色美学评分、白色美学评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论与常规修复治疗相比,数字化导板引导的口腔种植修复术能更好地提高牙列缺损患者种植修复的精准度和美学效果,改善患者牙周健康,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of digital plate-guided oral implant restoration on implant accuracy,periodontal health index,and restoration aesthetics in patients with dentition defect.Methods Eighty-four patients with dentition defects were randomly divided into control group or research group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine restoration,while the research group received digital plate-guided oral implant restoration.The pre-and postoperative plaque index,gingival index,and sulcus bleeding index,as well as the postoperative accuracy of implant,Pink and White Esthetic Scores,and complications occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the cervical distance deviation,apical distance deviation,depth deviation,angle deviation,plaque index,gingival index,sulcus bleeding index,and the total incidence rate of complications in the research group were less or lower than those in the control group,while the Pink Esthetic Score,and White Esthetic Score were higher in the research group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine restoration therapy,oral implant restoration guided by digital plate can preferably improve the accuracy and aesthetics of implant restoration in patients with dentition defect,ameliorate periodontal health of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
