重塑临床医学研究生态 助力临床医学高效发展 被引量:2

Reshaping the ecology of clinical medical research and promoting the efficient development of clinical medicine

摘要 本文基于我国临床医学研究水平与丰富的临床资源不匹配的现状问题,通过对科技发达国家临床研究体系进行分析,结合对我院所属医院的调研情况,分析制约我国临床医学发展存在的科研意识薄弱、资源统筹不力、管理体系不规范、经费投入不足、专业人才短缺、评价体系不完善等瓶颈问题,围绕健康中国发展战略需求,从强化科研素养、稳定资助机制、构建平台网络、完善政策引导、规范管理体系、引育专业人才等方面进行探讨。搭建国家临床研究网络平台是先决条件,科学研究是充分条件,人才是核心要素,用活平台是发展的根本,资源共享是关键,体制机制是保障,盘活临床资源,推动成果转化,就重塑临床医学研究生态环境、推动构建国家临床研究网络体系、加快将我国建设成为全球临床医学研究中心速度提出意见和建议。 Based on the mismatch between the level of clinical medical research and abundant clinical resources in China,through the analysis of the clinical research system of developed countries and the investigation of the affiliated hospital,we focus on the bottleneck problems of restricting the development of clinical medicine in China,such as weak scientific research awareness,poor overall planning of resources,nonstandard management system,insufficient fund investment,shortage of professionals and imperfect evaluation system and so on.Based on the strategic needs of healthy China’s development,this paper discusses strengthening scientific research literacy,stabilizing funding mechanism,building platform network,improving policy guidance,standardizing management system,introducing and educating professionals,building a national clinical research network platform is a prerequisite,scientific research is the sufficient condition,talent is the core element,making good use of the platform is the foundation of development,resource sharing is the key,systems and mechanisms are the guarantee,revitalizing clinical resources and promoting achievement transformation,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on reshaping the ecology of clinical medical research,promoting the construction of national clinical research network system and accelerating the construction of China into a global clinical medical research center.
