摘要
为探究新安江流域水体抗生素耐药菌污染状况和分布特征,该研究采集新安江流域31个不同样点的93份水样进行抗生素耐药菌检测与分析。结果表明:新安江流域内率水、横江和新安江的氨苄青霉素耐药菌检出率最高,检出率介于10.75%~85.45%;链霉素耐药菌检出率次之,检出率介于5.88%~83.10%;四环素耐药菌检出率第三,检出率介于0.28%~22.37%。卡那霉素和氯霉素耐药菌检出率较低,其检出率均在5%以内。综合所有样点的耐药菌检出率数据可知,该流域内氨苄青霉素和链霉素耐药菌检出率最高,显示该流域内β-内酰胺类和氨基糖苷类抗生素耐药性最严重。该研究结果可为新安江流域内抗生素污染治理奠定数据基础。
In order to probe into the pollution status and the distribution characteristics of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in the Xin’anjiang River Basin, a total of 93 water samples were collected from 31 different locations within the Basin, and the detection and analysis of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in the river-water were performed. The results showed that the detection rate of ampicillin-resistant bacteria was the highest in the streams of Shuaishui, Hengjiang, and Xin ’anjiang, with the detection rate ranging from 10.75% to 85.45%, the next was the streptomycin-resistant bacteria: the detection rate being5.88%~83.10%, the third was tetracycline-resistant bacteria: the detection rate being 0.28%~22.37%;however, as to kanamycin and chloramphenicol, the detection rates of the drug-resistant bacteria were low, lower than 5%. To sum up, detection rates of ampicillin-and streptomycin-resistant bacteria in the Xin’anjiang River Basin were the highest, which implied that the resistance to β-lactam and aminoglycoside antibiotics was the most serious problem in the River Basin. Hence, the investigation results could provide the data base for the management of antibiotic pollution in the Xin’anjiang River Basin.
