摘要
以选育对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)具有较强抵抗力,且经济性状优的新品种为目标,将抗BmNPV主效基因导入实用品种,完成抗病基因纯合固定的家蚕品种3427,并与本课题组育成的强健型家蚕中系斑纹限性品种521B、523B组配成三元杂交种皖丰×润康(521B·523B×3427)。新品种经过系统稳定筛选,并提高综合经济性状后,其对血液型脓病的抵抗能力明显优于对照秋丰×白玉。该杂交组合通过2年实验室鉴定,虫蛹率为93.68%,与对照秋丰×白玉相仿;万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量分别高于对照19.26%、24.99%;茧丝长1 027.4 m、解舒丝长855.1 m,分别比对照长113.8 m、194.4 m;解舒率为82.81%,明显高于对照;净度为95.06分,与对照相仿;纤度为2.790 dtex。新品种于2021年3月通过安徽省蚕品种审定委员会审定,适合在长江流域夏季及中晚秋季饲养。
In order to breed new silkworm varieties with strong resistance to BmNPV(Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus) and excellent economic traits, the major gene of resistance to BmNPV was introduced into practical varieties, and the silkworm variety 3427 with homozygous fixed disease resistance gene was completed. It was then combined with the stripe sex-limited Chinese variety 521 B and 523 B and to form a ternary hybrid Wanfeng×Runkang(521 B·523 B×3427). After stable strain screening, as well as a comprehensive improvement of economic traits, the resistance of the new silkworm variety to nuclear polyhedrosis was significantly higher than that of the control Qiufeng×Baiyu. Through two-year laboratory identification, the larva-pupa rate was 93.68%, which was similar to that of the control variety Qiufeng × Baiyu. The cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae were 19.26% and 24.99% higher than those of the control group, respectively. The length of cocoon filament was 1 027.4 m and the length of non-broken cocoon filament was 855.1 m, which were 113.8 m and 194.4 m longer than those of the control, respectively. The cocoon reelability was 82.81%, significantly higher than that of the control. The neatness was 95.06, similar to that of the control, and the filament size was 2.790 dtex. In March 2021, the new variety was approved by Anhui Silkworm Variety Approval Committee, and was considered suitable for rearing in summer, as well as mid and late autumn in the Yangtze River Basin.
