摘要
目的观察针刺对卵巢储备功能下降大鼠卵巢功能及卵泡的影响。方法选取SPF级健康雌性大鼠40只,取10只为空白组,其余30只大鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX)造模。空白组予生理盐水,西药组用脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)治疗,针刺组选取肾俞、命门、关元、太冲、太溪进行针刺治疗。于给药第21天断头处死大鼠,称重各组大鼠卵巢湿重及计算卵巢指数,观察卵巢病理切片及卵泡数。结果针刺组大鼠双侧卵巢湿重和卵巢指数较模型组均明显升高。针刺组大鼠卵巢病理切片与模型组相比,原始卵泡、初级卵泡、窦状卵泡差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),闭锁卵泡数量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论针刺可以使卵巢储备功能下降大鼠的双侧卵巢重量增加,卵巢指数增高,闭锁卵泡数量显著减少,改善卵巢储备功能。
Objective To observe the effect of needle on the decreased ovarian function of rats.Methods SPF-grade healthy female rats were selected 40,10 were taken as blank groups,and the remaining 30 rats had cyclophosphamide(CTX)injection in the abdominal cavity to mold.Blank group to physiological saline,Western medicine group with dehydrogenated table oxytogenic ketone(DHEA)treatment;Needle group selected Shenshu point(BL23),Mingmen point(GV4),Guanyuan(CV4),Taichong(LR3),Taixi(KI3)and so on for needle treatment.On the 21st day of administration,the rats were executed with a severed head,the ovary wet weight of the groups was weighed and the ovarian index was calculated,and the number of pathological slices and follicles of the ovaries was observed.Results The wet weight of the ovaries on both sides and the ovarian index were significantly higher than those in the model group.Compared with the model group,the differences between the original follicles,primary follicles and sinus follicles were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and the number of latched follicles decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Needles can reduce the ovarian reserve function of rats by increasing the weight of both sides of the ovaries,increasing the ovarian index,and significantly reducing the number of closed follicles.
