社会共治视角下食品安全监管的社会参与研究

摘要 食品安全关乎人们的身体健康与生命安全,关乎社会的稳定与发展。当前社会对于食品安全更为关注。多元化社会共治视角下,除了政府监管部门与食品生产经营主体要积极地参与其中,更应发挥第三方的力量,做好食品安全治理,构建食品安全监管体系。基于此,本文分析了现阶段食品安全监管存在的问题,提出了社会共治视角下多元化社会参与食品安全监管的路径,从而为相关工作的开展提供一定参考。 Food safety is related to people’s health and life safety,and to social stability and development.At present,the society pays more attention to food safety.From the perspective of pluralistic social co governance,in addition to the active participation of government regulatory departments and food production and operation entities,the third party should play a role in food safety governance and build a food safety supervision system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems of food safety supervision at the present stage,and puts forward the path for diversified society to participate in food safety supervision from the perspective of social co governance,so as to provide some reference for the development of relevant work.
