摘要
现代化战争条件下,战场空间拓展,战斗杀伤升级,战争节奏加快,直接考验单兵战场机动灵活性和持久战斗力生成,同时,单兵携行量持续增加,促使作战靴不得不朝着轻量化、舒适兼顾防护功能的方向发展。通过轻量化结构设计、轻量化材料研究应用,轻质舒适鞋靴工艺研究,研究的轻质舒适防护鞋靴技术得到较好发展并顺利应用于作战靴装备,一改防护鞋靴笨、重、硬的传统风格,较好解决了鞋靴轻质与耐用、舒适与防护、柔软与高强等之间的矛盾,实现防护鞋靴恶劣条件下保护双足的同时,穿着更加轻便、舒适和机动灵活,取得了较好的军事效益。本文从底结构设计、材料研究及工艺技术等方面阐述作战靴轻量化关键技术,通过调研显示,该技术对我军作战靴轻质舒适性能的提升发挥了重要作用,着眼当下,该技术在劳保行业具备广阔的应用前景。
Under the conditions of modern warfare,the expansion of battlefield space,the escalation of combat damage,and the acceleration of the pace of warfare directly influence the flexibility and long-lasting combat effectiveness of individual soldiers in the battlefield.At the same time,the carrying capacity of individual soldiers continues to increase,the combat boots have to develop towards the direction of light weight,comfort and protection function.Through the design of lightweight structure,the research and application of lightweight materials,and the research on the technology of lightweight and comfortable footwear,the researched technology of lightweight and comfortable protective footwear has been well developed and successfully applied to combat boots and equipment,by changing the traditional style of protective boots,which are heavy and hard.This paper expounded the key technology of lightweight combat boots from the aspects of bottom structure design,material research and process technology.Through investigation,it is shown that this technology has played an important role in improving the lightweight and comfortable performance of our military combat boots.Focusing on the present,the technology has broad application prospects in the labor insurance industry.
