摘要
建立一支高素质、高水平、多元化的命题专家队伍,是提升普通高中学业水平考试命题质量的重要保证。我国注重从高校、中学等渠道吸纳专业能力强、素质过硬的教师参与普通高中学业水平考试命题。对这些教师参与高中学业水平考试命题动机现状及需求进行调查,结果发现:教师参与命题的内部动机强于外部动机,中学教师的命题动机略强于大学教师;大学教师命题动机不足的原因在于激励机制不够完善,中学教师命题动机不足的原因在于命题经验不够。为提升教师参与普通高中学业水平考试命题的积极性,构建稳定的命题教师队伍,建议尽快完善有关省级激励机制的政策文件,大力支持一线教师参与教育考试专项科研,加强教师命题能力的针对性培训,助力命题教师实现教—学—研—考—评的联动。
Establishing a high-quality,high-level and diversified educational examination team is an important guarantee to improve the the proposition quality of general high school academic proficiency examination.Therefore,our country has recruited teachers with strong professional ability and excellent quality from universities,middle schools and so on,to participate in the general high school academic proficieng examination proposition.This article investigated their propositional motivation,it was found that the internal motivation was stronger than the external motivation,and the motivation of middle school teachers was a little stronger than that of university teachers.The reason for the lack of propositional motivation of university teachers lies in the imperfect incentive mechanism,and the reason for the lack of propositional motivation of middle school teachers lies in the lack of propositional experience.In order to enhance teachers’ motivation to participate in the proposition of general academic level examination and build a stable team of proposition teachers,this article suggests perfecting the provincial incentive mechanism as soon as possible,strongly supporting teachers to participate in the provincial key research project,strengthening targeted training of teachers’ proposition skills,promoting the linkage of teaching,learning,research,examination and evaluation.
