摘要
数字技术深刻改变着企业的营销模式。就施工项目而言,“生产线革命”意味着施工项目生产组织模式的变革,如工厂化预制、模块化施工以及现场作业执行中的技术整合活动。基于石油化工施工项目技术整合理论和实践,尤其是技术经济学的理论和方法,探讨施工项目技术整合过程及要素关系理论,分析施工项目技术整合活动的创新与管理,以提升企业数字经济质量。研究表明,施工企业通过项目“人、资源、环境、价值观”多方面的整合与融合,有助于推进项目实现成功管理。为此,工程建设企业需要进一步探讨企业项目数字化转型和智能化管控的问题。
With the advent of digital economy, digital technology is profoundly changing the marketing mode of enterprises. As far as construction projects are concerned, “production line revolution” means the transformation of production organization mode of construction projects, such as factory prefabrication, modular construction and technical integration activities in field operation execution. Based on the theory and practice of technology integration of petrochemical construction projects, especially the theory and method of technical economics, this paper discusses the process of technology integration of construction projects and the theory of factor relationship, analyzes the innovation and management of technology integration activities of construction projects, so as to improve the quality of enterprise digital economy. The research shows that through the integration of “people, resources, environment and values”,it is helpful for the construction enterprise to promote the successful management of the project. Therefore, engineering construction enterprises need to further explore the digital transformation and intelligent control of enterprise projects.
