摘要
针对国内某大型煤化工企业合成气变换装置脱氨塔冷凝液系统换热器普遍存在严重腐蚀的现象,采用现场调研、现场腐蚀挂片和工艺介质模拟等方法,研究了冷凝液系统的腐蚀规律和腐蚀介质分布特点,找出了关键的腐蚀介质为氨基甲酸铵,CN^(-)的存在加速了腐蚀,最后从材质升级、工艺防腐等方面提出减缓冷凝液系统腐蚀的防护措施,保证系统安全稳定运行。
For the serious corrosion phenomenon commonly existing in the heat exchanger of condensate system for the deaminizing tower of syngas conversion unit of a domestic large-scale coal chemical enterprise,corrosion mechanism and distribution characteristics of corrosive medium in the condensate system were investigated by field survey,field corrosion coupon experiments and process medium simulation methods.It was found that the key corrosive medium is ammonium carbamate,and existence of CN^(-)accelerated corrosion process.Finally,the protection measures on alleviating corrosion of condensate system were proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system,from the aspects of materials upgrading and process corrosion protection.
