摘要
消渴肾病的病机为糖尿病导致人体内环境甘味太过,持续影响脾肾,机体出现功用上脾实肾虚,形态上脾虚肾实。情志因素对该病的影响以肝气郁结为主,渐至心脾皆受累而虚,五脏皆虚,最终至肾。肾真阴真阳亏虚,而内潜之命门真火上燔下越,进入肾虚阳浮越,真阴将竭之重症期,并逐步向肾衰重症转化。故在消渴肾病的发病中,情志因素贯穿始终,多种病理产物综合作用,导致五脏受累,以肾虚肾燥为主要表现。
The pathogenesis of Diabetes Nephropathy is that diabetes leads to excessive sweetness in human body environment, which continuously affects the Spleen and Kidney.The body appears functionally with Spleen excessiveness and Kidney deficiency, while morphologically, Spleen deficiency and Kidney excessiveness.The influence of emotional factors on the disease is mainly due to stagnation of Liver Qi, which gradually affects the Heart and Spleen and causes deficiency of the Five Zang, and finally reaches the Kidney.When the Kidney Yin and Yang are deficient, the inner Fire of the Ming Men, which is hidden inside, burns up and down, and the serious stage in which the Kidney Yang floats outside and the Yin exhausts and the condition would become worse and worse.Therefore, in the pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy, emotional factors run through the whole process and a variety of pathological products have a comprehensive effect, resulting in the injury of the Five Zang, in which the main manifestation of the Kidney is Kidney deficiency and dryness.
