摘要
对竹板铣削粉尘的粒度粒形分布进行了研究,分析了平均铣削厚度对于粉尘粒度粒形分布的影响,为竹板材铣削加工生产中的粉尘减排和有效治理提供基础数据参考。以竹板铣削粉尘为研究对象,通过筛分法和图像法对粉尘的等效面积直径、长径比、坚固度等表征参数进行分析,探讨了平均铣削厚度对粉尘粒度粒形分布的影响。竹板铣削粉尘颗粒的尺寸分布较广,粒径大多数小于100μm,归属于总悬浮颗粒物范畴,它们的悬浮和扩散能力较强。随着平均铣削厚度的逐渐增大,粒径小于500μm的粉尘质量百分数逐渐减小,粒径大于1000μm的粉尘质量百分数则显著增加。粒径0~100μm粉尘的中值粒径随进给速度的增加呈上升趋势,而随主轴转速的下降呈降低趋势,主轴转速与粉尘粒径分布的关系更为密切。粉尘颗粒的形态随平均铣削厚度和粉尘粒径变化会产生显著差异:大颗粒粉尘总体上形态结构不规整,在运动中易接触咬合,颗粒间形成空隙;小颗粒粉尘形态虽较为规整,但相互之间易发生团聚,填充在大颗粒间的孔隙中。
In the manufacturing industry of wood and bamboo products,processed dust pollution was an important factor restricting industrial development.Dust posed a serious threat to the health of production personnel,mechanical equipment and production environment safety.Therefore,the reduction of dust emission and purification of production environment are the urgent needs of the wood and bamboo products manufacturing industry.China is a country with serious shortage of natural wood reserve,but bamboo resources are relatively abundant,it has the advantages of good strength,high hardness and fast growth,so it has been widely used in the wood-based panel processing industry.However,at present,most of the research on the characteristics of dust is aimed at wood processing,and the research on the characteristics of bamboo dust control is rarely involved.People lack a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of bamboo dust produced in processing,such as particle size distribution,particle shape distribution and fluidity,which seriously affect the dust collection efficiency and production safety.In this study,the particle size distribution of the milling dust of the bamboo board was studied,and the influence of the average milling thickness on the particle size distribution of the dust was analyzed,which provided the basic data reference for reducing dust emission and effective management in the production of bamboo board milling.Taking the bamboo board milling dust as the research object,the equivalent area diameter,aspect ratio,firmness and other particle size parameters of the dust were analyzed by the sieving method and image method,the influence of the average milling thickness on the particle size distribution of dust was discussed.The size distribution of the milling dust particles of the bamboo board was relatively wide,and most of which were less than 100μm,which belonged to the category of total suspended particles and had strong suspension and diffusion capabilities.With the gradual increase of the average milling thickness,the mass percentage of dust with dia-meter lower than 500μm gradually decreased,and the mass percentage of dust with diameter greater than 1000μm increased significantly.The median particle size of the 0-100μm diameter dust increased with the increase of the feeding speed and decreased with the decrease of the spindle speed.The relationship between the spindle speed and the particle size distribution of the dust was closer.The shape of dust particles varied significantly with the average milling thickness and dust particle size.The large particles of dust were generally irregular in shape and structure and were easy to contact and bite during their movement,and gaps were formed between particles.Although the shape of small particles was relatively regular,they tended to agglomerate with each other and fill the pores between large particles.
