齿条类刀具展成加工修形齿廓的理论设计 被引量:1

摘要 采用数控机床进行修形齿廓加工前通常还需加工特定的修形刀具,增加了刀具的加工成本。为此,进行了基于标准齿条类刀具展成加工修形齿廓的理论研究。基于齿廓修形方程和轮齿接触分析理论,推导了齿条刀具与齿轮在修形加工阶段、渐开线啮合阶段以及空啮合过渡阶段的传动误差方程,并给出了齿条类刀具在数控加工过程中的位置及速度控制方程。所模拟的齿廓形状参数与齿廓的理想设计值一致。提出的齿廓修形方法可有效指导齿条类刀具进行齿轮齿廓的数控加工修形。 Before processing tooth modification profile using NC machine,it is usually necessary to pro-cess a specific trimming tool,which increases the cost of the tool.Thus,the theory of how to generate modifica-tion profile of tooth based on standard rack tools is studied.Based on the tooth profile modification equation andtooth contact analysis theory,the transmission error equations between rack cutters and gears in the modificationprocess,involute meshing stage and transition stage of empty meshing are deduced,and the position and speedcontrol equations of rack cutters in the NC machining process are given.The simulated tooth profile parameterscoincide highly with the ideal design value of tooth profile.The tooth profile modification method proposed caneffectively guide the NC machined gear tooth modification profile with the rack tool.
