摘要
烟蚜是一种世界性分布的重要农业害虫,也是我国各大烟区烟草上发生的主要害虫。中华甲虫蒲螨是一种对鳞翅目、鞘翅目和半翅目具有较好防效的外寄生性天敌。为研究中华甲虫蒲螨对烟蚜的防控潜能,本文开展了不同密度中华甲虫蒲螨寄生不同龄期烟蚜的致死时间、致死率及其对寄主体上蒲螨残存量的影响,比较了不同龄期烟蚜对蒲螨膨腹体繁殖发育的影响。结果表明,1头中华甲虫蒲螨致死烟蚜所需的时间最长,但接入3~15头蒲螨致死不同龄期烟蚜的时间无显著差异;不同中华甲虫蒲螨密度能显著影响不同龄期烟蚜的致死率,1头中华甲虫蒲螨能显著致死1~4龄烟蚜若蚜和成蚜;释放15头蒲螨在3龄和4龄若蚜及成蚜体上残存数量最多;蒲螨能在3龄和4龄烟蚜若蚜以及成蚜体上完成繁殖发育。研究发现中华甲虫蒲螨是烟蚜的一种有效天敌。
Myzus persicae(Sulzer) is an important worldwide agricultural pest, which is also the main pest on tobacco in major tobacco areas in China.Pyemotes zhonghuajia Yu, Zhang & He is an ectoparasitic mite with a good control effect on Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, and Hemiptera pests.In order to understand the control potential of P.zhonghuajia against M.persicae,this paper conducted the effects of different densities of P.zhonghuajia on the lethal time, lethality, and residual amount of P.zhonghuajia on different stages of M.persicae,and compared the daily growth of P.zhonghuajia opisthosoma on different stages of M.persicae. The results showed that one P.zhonghuajia required the longest time to kill M.persicae compared with other densities, but there was no significant difference in the time to kill aphids of different stages when 3~15 mites were introduced.Different densities of P.zhonghuajia can significantly affect the lethality of P.zhonghuajia on different stages of M.persicae.One P.zhonghuajia can significantly kill 1~4 instar nymphs and adult of M.persicae.There were a high number of P.zhonghuajia on the 3and 4instar nymphs and adults of M.persicae when releasing 15 mites.P.zhonghuajia can complete reproductive development on the 3and 4instar nymphs and adult aphids.The results showed that P.zhonghuajia is an effective natural enemy for the control of M.persicae.
