RSV肺炎患儿T淋巴细胞亚群检测分析

摘要 目的探讨T淋巴细胞亚群检测分析对呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)肺炎患儿病情严重程度的评估价值。方法以医院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的60例RSV肺炎患儿为研究对象,结合入院后24 h内最差状态的小儿危重病例评分为本次分组依据,患儿共被纳为两组,包括重度组(分值≥80分,n=30)、轻度组(分值<80分,n=30),所有患儿均以相同方法开展T淋巴细胞亚群检测分析,将检测结果进行对比。结果重度组Treg百分数、Treg与Th17的比值低于轻度组,其Th17百分数高于轻度组(P<0.05)。轻度组白介素-17(nterleukin-17,IL-17),白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8),肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α),白介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白介素-5(interleukin-5,IL-5)均低于重度组,且白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10),白介素-13(interleukin-13,IL-13),白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2),干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)均高于重度组(P<0.05)。结论对RSV肺炎患儿实施T淋巴细胞亚群检测分析可评价其不同病情程度,有一定的可行价值。 Objective To explore the value of detection and analysis of T lymphocyte subsets in evaluating the severity of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 60 children with RSV pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the children with the worst condition score within 24 hours after admission were used as the basis for this grouping.The patients were divided into two groups,including the severe group(score≥80,n=30)and the mild group(score<80,n=30).All children were tested for T lymphocyte subsets by the same method.The test results were anayzed and compard.Results Treg percentage and Treg/Th17 ratio in severe group were lower than those in mild group,but Th17 percentage was higher than that in mild group(P<0.05);interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-5(IL-5)were lower than the severe group,and Interleukin-10(IL-10),Interleukin-13(IL-13),Interleukin-2(IL-2),Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were higher than the severe group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection and analysis of T lymphocyte subsets in children with RSV pneumonia can evaluate their different disease degrees,which has certain feasible value.
