摘要
为了解仫佬族中老年人的脂肪分布及其随年龄变化的特点,使用生物电阻抗法,在广西罗城县测量了499例(男性209例,女性290例)仫佬族中老年人(45岁及以上)的身体脂肪含量.结果表明:仫佬族中老年女性的总脂肪量、皮下脂肪量、躯干和上肢脂肪量均高于男性,内脏脂肪量和下肢脂肪量的性别差异无统计学意义.女性的各项脂肪量指标随年龄增长总体呈下降趋势,男性总脂肪量在45~50岁和55~65岁呈上升趋势.女性的总脂肪量、皮下脂肪量、四肢脂肪量与年龄呈负相关,腰臀比与年龄呈正相关.男性的内脏脂肪量和躯干脂肪量与年龄呈正相关.仫佬族中老年人脂肪的分布特点与百色市壮族中老年人相似,脂肪量略高于壮族中老年人.
In order to learn the distribution of body fat of the elderly(over 45 years old)of Mulam ethnic group and its characteristics with age,the body fat mass of 499 elderly(209 males and 290 females)were measured by the method of bioelectrical impedance in Luocheng,Guangxi. The results showed that the total fat mass,subcutaneous fat content,trunk fat mass and upper limbs fat mass in the elderly of females were higher than those of females,and the gender differences of visceral fat mass and lower limbs fat mass were not statistically significant. The fat mass index of females decreased with age. The total fat mass of males increased at 45-50 years old and 55-65 years old. The total fat mass,subcutaneous fat content and limbs fat mass of females were negatively correlated with age,while waist-to-hip ratio was positively correlated with age. The visceral fat content and trunk fat mass of males were positively correlated with age. The distribution characteristics of fat of Mulam ethnic group were similar to those of Zhuang ethnic group in Baise,and the fat content was slightly higher than that of Zhuang ethnic group. It is suggested that the elderly of Mulam should strengthen physical exercise and keep good eating habits.
